ABOUT K-NINE-CARE

It all started one Friday morning in February, 2006. Marjorie received a telephone call or more of a cry for help. It was a puppy now called Max, he was just one of Christmas's cast off dogs. Alas this little dog was awaiting his fate along with many more. She was asked if she could save his life. She said YES, and why she said this, she dosent really know, she had no where for it to go, and wondered what should she do. She advertised on the Friday lunchtime at work and by Friday evening a lady called Jane came along and it's all history.

Clive (Marjories lovely husband) and her friend Sue received another call, but this time is was for two dogs. Sue rang everyone she knew and sure enough two more dogs had found forever homes. They had started dog rescue. Three of their friends offered to help and started to foster dogs in their homes.

Since that time, we have grown, the unbelievable happened, we now have foster carers, fund raisers, dog groomers, micro-chippers and those who say what can I do? make jam, hand crafted cards, bakers, printers.

We are likened to the circle of life, we in K-NINE care dog rescue all have a major role to play. There is no Alpha or Omega all are equal in standing by each other in sustaining the ever increasing demands in dog rescue. It is the simplest of words but means such a great deal to a dog is YES we can, give food, shelter and most of all love to a dog in need of care, that is what k-nine care stands for. May it be an ever increasing circle of LIFE.
